Nikon D7200 is 80g lighter than the Canon 70D but we don't think this will make a substantial difference; both Canon 70D and Nikon D7200 have the same APS-C sized sensor, their lenses for a similar focal length and aperture will be similar in size and weight.

Canon 70D and Nikon D7200 have almost the same sensor size, so none of them has any significant advantage over other in this area.  Both the Canon 70D and the Nikon D7200 is a powerful good camera for still photography or making videos in high resolution. You will not miss an important moment if you use one of these DSLR cameras.

When you make a decision to choose the Canon EOS 70D or Nikon D7200, you might be confused, but both cameras is the right choice for beginner photographers, especially for those who want to make a giant leap, from amateurs to professional photographers region. If you do not have a big budget to choose a real professional camera, then one of the two cameras as described above, then the D7200 or the EOS 70D must be very appropriate as your companion. You only need to save money to buy a camera accessories and of course the additional lens, which you can customize with your photography options.
